Public Organization “Compass Consulting”
The public organization “Compass Consulting” is a non-profit organization that works to develop small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine by providing free marketing consultations, mentoring support, educational programs, and hands-on assistance for sole proprietors, startups, and local entrepreneurs throughout Ukraine.
The organization was established to strengthen the economic resilience of Ukrainian businesses, support entrepreneurs during the war and economic instability, and promote the implementation of modern marketing, digital, and management solutions.
PO “Compass Consulting” helps entrepreneurs attract customers, increase brand awareness, scale sales, optimize business processes, and adapt to market changes.
The organization’s activities include:
Individual and group consultations
We provide free individual and group consultations in marketing, business development, sales, and scaling. We help entrepreneurs identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and make well-grounded management decisions.
Training programs and educational events
We run trainings, webinars, and workshops for entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, and startups. We build practical skills in marketing, digital tools, branding, and strategic business development.
